Love the “Free Hugs” movement! Watch through to the end of the video and see the effect it has on everyone. He is giving people permission to be in a state of connectedness, love and support. It is so beautiful to see the expressions on their faces of ‘Yes me too! I am coming from a place of love too and I will let my guard down and be there with you’. It is a brief encounter, but it changes everything.

We really are all in it together. You may not find me with a sign for free hugs in the midst of a marathon, but I think I will make the effort to be more conscious of meeting people in the eye and giving out free smiles. What about you?
